I’m trying to cut down on screen time.

Well, not actively trying, just saying stuff like “I’m trying to cut down on screen time.”

But here I am in the Heath. That’s got to count for something, right?

I’m sure if I took my AirPods out, I’d be surrounded by the sounds of nature. Probably birds tweeting or something. That would probably be good for me.

One day I’ll be comfortable enough to sit with just my thoughts and the sounds of birds.

Today’s not that day. I guess I’ll just have to keep coming back to the Heath.
